Our I-CAR-trained and ASE-certified estimators are available to give you a thorough, free estimate Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 5 PM. We use computerized estimating to ensure the most accurate estimate possible.

Our indoor estimate bays enable us to bring your vehicle in out of the weather so we can give you the quality estimate you deserve. Our indoor estimating area is also equipped with a hydraulic lift, so we can inspect your vehicle for hidden underbody and frame damage.

Hart Auto Body is an authorized repair facility for most major insurance companies. What this means is that we are pre-approved by these companies to write your estimate, take photos, and electronically transmit all this information back to your insurance company for you. We then repair your vehicle, and we are authorized to bill the insurance company directly upon completion of the repairs.

If an insurance company has already written you an estimate, we can assist with that also. Simply bring in the insurance company’s estimate, and we will work directly from that estimate. If we find any hidden damages over and above the estimate, we will go back to the insurance company on your behalf and get approved for the additional repairs. We will make sure that we get everything necessary to restore your vehicle back to pre-accident condition.

If your vehicle is not drivable and needs towing, just call us at 314-838-8700, and we will make arrangements to have Bolin Services tow your vehicle in. If you’re not sure if your vehicle needs towing, call us and we will help you determine the best option based upon safety factors.

After hours towing? Not a problem. Simply call Bolin Services at 314-831-8800. They will tow your vehicle to our secured, fenced-in lot 24/7, and they will bill our account directly for your convenience.

While your vehicle is in for repairs, we can help you get a car rental through Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Moreover, if your insurance policy includes rental car coverage, Enterprise Rent-A-Car can bill your insurance company directly (under the guidelines and limitations listed in your insurance policy).

After we complete your repairs, prior to delivery, we give your vehicle a complimentary detail job:

• We wash the vehicle, including the engine compartment, the wheels, and all jambs.

• We dress the tires.

• We vacuum and wipe down the complete interior.

• We clean all glass, both interior and exterior.
